Issuing procedureIn principle, no cancellations or refunds will be made after activation of the virtual
card. However, in the following cases, a refund will be made minus an administrative fee of 550 yen (tax
included).

・When we determine that the information provided by the applicant is false.

we have started issuing ISIC cards (ISIC: International Student Identification Card, ITIC: International Teacher ID Card, IYTC: International Youth Card).
In Vietnam, only virtual cards (compatible with iOS and Android) will be issued.
