Issuing procedure

Cancellation Policy (common to all cards)

In principle, no cancellations or refunds will be made after activation of the virtual card. However, in the following cases, a refund will be made minus an administrative fee of 550 yen (tax included).

・ In the event that the applicant is determined to be ineligible to apply for the card.
・When we determine that the information provided by the applicant is false.

  • Students who are 12 years of age or older and attending school (middle school, high school, technical college), vocational school, junior college, university, or graduate school may apply for an ISIC - International Student Identification Card.

◆ Expiration date (common to all cards)

  • 1 year from the date of issue     (from the date of issue to the end of the same month of the following year)

  • ※he card will be invalidated upon expiration due to graduation, retirement, etc.
  • ※IYTC can be applied for until the last day of the applicant's 30th year of age (the day before the applicant's 31st birthday).

    However, in the following cases, the amount of refund will be made after deducting an administrative fee of 550 yen (tax included).

  • ・In the event that the applicant is determined to be ineligible to apply for the card.
  • ・When the information provided by the applicant is determined to be false.
